Data Tracker for State Testing & Benchmark
Track your students throughout the years with this template. It's helped me keep all the important information in one place.
Digital Gifted Characteristics Screener
No more tracking down paperwork when you're getting grade-level screening data! Use this one digital screener to send to all teachers and have all the information in one place. It also automatically calculates for you.
Gifted Resource Hub
This can be used in SO many ways. You can create one for your gen ed teachers so they have resources & ideas ready to go. You can also use it to keep all of the information you use most often in one place. I even have a section in my personal one with wording I like to use in letters & docs.
Parent Meeting Agenda Template
Especially when I first began teaching IG, I worried so much about forgetting something that I didn't give my meetings the attention they deserved. This helps me focus on the important discussions and also keeps me on track.
Early Finisher Folder Ideas
The one thing I'm ask for most often by my Gen Ed colleagues is early finisher work. I have a list of ideas to keep in a folder (or add to the hub).
Locally Normed Framework
Interested in creating your own Locally Normed program within your district. Here's a starting point.
This framework will walk you through the initial planning and creation of a program that benefits your students and district.
Adaptive Google Form Checklist
This idea is from Dr. Tyler Tarver, tarveracademy.com.
By creating a google form with adaptive steps based on student responses, you can create learning reinforcement/refinement/enrichment customized for each student.
These do take extra time to set up, but are totally worth it.
Tiered Lesson Plan Template
This is my cornerstone for gifted differentiation... really any differentiation. This shifts the mindset from "adding extra" to starting with the greatest expectation and working back by adding supports.
We don't all have to write long plans now, but this helps change the mindset about differentiation for gifted students.
Here is a book of resources I share with my Gen Ed teachers and RTI teachers. It includes several resources I use for my GATE classes. These resources can be used for RTI or even general enrichment in the classroom.
