Hi. I'm Michelle.
I know exactly what it's like to be the only gifted teacher in an entire district.
I started with zero resources, zero program, and the support of the my Special Ed Supervisor to build a gifted program from scratch. From there, I created a locally-normed gifted program to compliment our "traditional" program.
I loved working with my gifted students but began to feel isolated & overwhelmed.
My turning point was creating a county-wide collaborative. That really turned my burnout into a blueprint.
Now I help gifted teachers create systems that work and connect with a community that has their back.
